Nenäniemi is located in Luhanka, Korvaniemi village in the gulf by the refreshing waters (20m to the beach). The beautiful lake Päijänne catches you and attracts you for a picnic, fishing or rowing. The log built villa is surrounded by warm atmosphere and will take care of its vacationers.

You can make reservations by phone, email and with our reservation system. The prebooking fee is 150 €.
The final payment is 6 weeks before your holiday starts.

Cleaning

As a villa renter, you are responsible for cleaning the villa in the same condition as it was in the beginning of your holiday. Non-cleaning is subject to a cleaning fee. You are required to compensate for any damage you have caused on your vacation.

Rental cottage on the shore of Lake Päijänne

Korvaniemi 1 is located in the village of Luhanka Korvaniemi, at the tip of the peninsula, on the refreshing waters (20m to the beach). The beautiful lake Päijänne catches you and attracts you for a picnic, fishing or rowing. The log built villa is surrounded by warm atmosphere and will take care of its vacationers.

The diverse and beautiful nature, as well as a large and active rural village community offers a thrilling environment regardless of your age. The diverse services at Luhanka and Joutsa centers are close to you.

NOTE!

The villa is build in one level. The spacious yard is well suited for disabled people. By the villa there are only two broad stairs.

THE TERRACE, A COMFORT ZONE

In KorvaniemI 1 there is a large 24m² covered terrace with chairs and tables. Enjoy your breakfast, lunch and dinner on the terrace. If it rains you can spend the whole day outdoors.
